    If you are not satisfied with UviCube, we will gladly take it back within 14 days from delivery.  Customers must file a Return Claim form below in order to receive a shipping label. 

    Only items that have been directly purchased through the UviCube website (www.uvicube.com) can be returned to UviCube. UviCube products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

    If the product was damaged or the wrong item was sent to you, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, if the reason for returning the product does not qualify for a free-return shipping (i.e. change of heart, ordered the wrong color, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note, in this case, there is a $29 Return Fee for processing and shipping that will be charged for the return.

    Return Process

    1. Look up your order by entering the [email address] you used to order and the [order number] you received from the order confirmation email.

    2. Click on [Create Return] and fill out the form and submit it.

    3. After we inspect the returned merchandise, depending on the reason for return, we will either send you a shipping label, or send you an email with a link where you can make payment for the return shipping cost.

    4. Download the shipping label from the Returns page looking up your returns claim. There will be a downloadable file under the [Shipping Label].

    5. Simply attach the return label, and drop off the package at any UPS store.  The unit must be received and logged by UPS no more than 7 days after the 30 day return period.

    The product must be returned undamaged, and in its original packaging with complete parts and materials (i.e. trays, cords, replacement bulb, owner's manual).

    NOTE: Please remember to ship loose parts (trays, cords, replacement bulb, owner's manual) in the original storage box provided and NOT inside UviCube.  Loose parts inside UviCube may damage lamps, bulbs and the glass window during shipping.

    UviCube must inspect and approve the returned product.  Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.  In the event of a refund, the refund will be processed only upon reciept of the returned item.  Refunds (if applicable) will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, etc.).  Funds can take 5-9 business days to post on your card.

    In the event that the returned unit is determined by UviCube NOT to qualify for a return/refund (i.e. has been damaged, not in its original packaging, past the qualified return date), UviCube reserves the right to reject the refund request.
